DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Monday - Friday: Orders must arrive at Headquater before 10am for delivery on same day
• Saturday - Sunday, Legal Holidays:  Delivery is not guaranteed
• Orders: A local landline phone is needed for all orders.
• If the address and/or phone are incorrect or missing, no complaint for non-delivery or late delivery will be accepted. Extra re-delivery charges may also be requested once the correct information is obtained
• Funeral Orders: Please note the name of the deceased, funeral home and time of service on the order. Bouquets: Only available for home deliveries
• Deliveries to addresses outside of the member city limits in rural areas may require additional funds and/or additional delivery time
• If the address and/or phone are incorrect or missing, no complaint for non-delivery or late delivery will be accepted. Extra re-delivery charges may also be requested once the correct information is obtained.
• Time Delivery is not guaranteed and may result in an extra delivery charge if need. During months May thru September - if weather conditions are extreme, wrapped items maybe put into containers without notice
• Please be advised that due to the extreme heat in the CA during the summmer months our members may vase the wrapped flowers so to kee the flowers fresh. We will not accept any claims for a vase being sent. Peak Period : December – February and May
