DELIVERY INFORMATION

Tuesday - Friday: Orders must arrive at Headquater before 11am for delivery on same day

Saturday - Sunday: Delivery is not guaranteed

Orders: A local landline phone is needed for all orders.

If the address and/or phone are incorrect or missing, no complaint for non-delivery or late delivery will be accepted. Extra re-delivery charges may also be requested once the correct information is obtained

Funeral Orders: Please note the name of the deceased, funeral home and time of service on the order. Bouquets: Only available for home deliveries

Deliveries to addresses outside of the member city limits in rural areas may require additional funds and/or additional delivery time

Mother's Day 2011- Sunday 3rd April. Owing to volume the cut-off will be 09:00am on Saturday 2nd April to guarantee delivery of orders in the UK and Republic of Ireland. For orders received after this cut-off time it may be necessary for them to be delivered on soonest date 4th April. To guarantee the delivery by Mother's Day of Intercat items 483309, 481409, 483409, 481509 order must be received no later than 12:00hrs on 1st April 2011. Orders for these Intercat items received after cut-off will be despatched for soonest delivery date. Please also note we cannot guarantee delivery of these same Intercat items to locations in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
